PAUL TILLMAN
Paul was proudly born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. He's a graduate of Missouri State University, holding a degree in Small Business Management. He began working construction beginning in 2003, and by 2013 Paul shifted into the roles of Property Manager, Developer, and Construction Manager.
Paul and his wife, Kayla, are parents to four wonderful children. Outside the home, Kayla dedicates her time to Second Baptist Church's preschool and partners alongside Paul in some commercial real estate endeavors.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys classic sports cars and pursuing many of the hunting opportunities available in our area.
Steve Kelly
Steve was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri before moving down to Springfield and graduating from Missouri State University with a degree in Finance. Steve has spent most of his career in commercial banking and capital markets including raising equity and providing debt financing for real estate construction and investments across the Midwest. He personally invests in commercial real estate and is focused on helping his clients source, underwrite, and acquire the right commercial real estate investments.
Steve and his wife, Katy, are parents to two boys. Their family is involved in the Springfield home school community and are active members at Second Baptist Church. Outside of work, the Kelly family enjoys taking road trips across the US, staying active playing tennis, and raising their Bernese Mountain Dog.
